What machines do you use for 3D printing?
What machines do you use for 3D printing?
We create our 3D prints with a Bambu Lab P1S printer and an Elegoo Saturn 4 Ultra printer.
Our 3D printers are able to create objects with fine details as small as 0.02 millimeters on the Z-axis (vertical dimension). And with an XY resolution of 19*24um, this means we can print sharp details horizontally with an impressive level of accuracy, resulting in smooth and clean surfaces of your designs.

Our build volume allows us to produce items up to a little over 8.5 inches (21.9 cm) long, almost 5 inches (12.3 cm) wide, and over 8.5 inches (22 cm) tall, making it suitable for both small and medium-sized projects.
This ideal for desktop figurines and small to medium-sized projects.
Process & Materials
Is laser engraving permanent?
Is laser engraving permanent?
Yes, laser engraving is permanent. The process involves using a laser to remove material from the surface of an object, creating a lasting mark that won't fade, wear away, or wash off.
Unlike printing or painting, which only apply material on top, laser engraving physically alters the surface, making it resistant to environmental factors like heat, moisture, and abrasion.
This durability makes laser engraving ideal for long-lasting customizations on a variety of materials, including metals, wood, glass, and plastics.

Are items such as cutting boards, serve ware, and drink ware still food safe once engraved?
Are items such as cutting boards, serve ware, and drink ware still food safe once engraved?
Yes, while this can depend on materials used, the items we work with remain food safe after engraving.
Cutting boards will require a treatment with a food-safe mineral oil before first use.
Can I bring you an item to engrave?
Can I bring you an item to engrave?
The short answer... maybe.
For quality and consistency we test each of our materials multiple times to ensure the laser settings are optimal for each project.
However, we've engraved personal items before, so contact us with your idea and we'll let you know if it's something we can do or not.
Can you engrave in color?
Can you engrave in color?
Kind of!
When engraving on metal the surface of the material is briefly turned into a molten form.
The surface of the metal oxidizes due to the high temperature and reaction with oxygen. The melted material solidifies quickly and a special-colored layer is created due to the chemical change of oxidation. Playing with variables to achieve different levels of oxidation is what gives us the different colors.
Since achieving color is based on heat and oxygen, our color engraving isn't an exact science and will vary slightly.
