Return & Replacement Policy
At TomBomb Studios, every item is custom-made or produced to order. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for customer-approved orders.
However, we stand behind the quality of our work.
If your order arrives with:
- significant printing defects
- engraving errors caused by us
- poor production quality
- damage during production
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
If the issue is determined to be a production or quality error on our end, we will provide a replacement item at no additional cost.
Non-Refundable Situations
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for:
- customer-submitted spelling or design errors
- low-quality uploaded images/files
- color or material variations
- minor imperfections inherent to handmade or custom-made products
- buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- incorrect sizing or dimensions provided by the customer
Custom Requests & Uploaded Files
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any uploaded images, logos, or designs submitted for production.
TomBomb Studios reserves the right to refuse requests containing copyrighted, trademarked, offensive, or inappropriate material.
