Shipping Policy

Processing Times

Because all TomBomb Studios products are custom-made or produced to order, processing times may vary depending on the item, customization level, and current order volume.

Most orders are processed within:

  • 3–10 business days for standard products
  • 1–3 weeks for custom requests or specialty projects

Processing time refers to the time needed to create and prepare your order before shipment.


Shipping Times

Shipping times vary based on the carrier, destination, and shipping method selected at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email when available.

Please note that shipping carrier delays are outside of our control.


Custom Orders & Delays

Some custom projects may require:

  • additional design review
  • proof approvals
  • file cleanup
  • material sourcing
  • prototype testing

If additional time is needed, we will contact you directly.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

TomBomb Studios is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, TomBomb Studios is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If an issue occurs during transit, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.

We will do our best to assist when possible.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of:

  • the product
  • the packaging
  • the shipping label

We may offer a replacement for verified shipping-related damage at our discretion.


Shipping Availability

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping availability may vary depending on the product and destination.
