Terms of Service
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
All TomBomb Studios products are custom-made, personalized, or produced to order. Because of the handmade and custom nature of our products, slight variations in color, material, engraving depth, texture, finish, or placement may occur. These variations are considered normal and are not considered defects.
Once a design, customization, or proof has been approved by the customer, the order is considered final.
Uploaded Files & Customer Content
By submitting images, logos, designs, text, or other content to TomBomb Studios, you confirm that you own or have permission to use the submitted materials.
TomBomb Studios is not responsible for copyright, trademark, or intellectual property violations resulting from customer-submitted content.
We reserve the right to refuse any request containing copyrighted, offensive, explicit, hateful, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate material.
Production & Processing Times
All production timelines provided by TomBomb Studios are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, material availability, customization complexity, or communication delays.
Custom requests may require additional review, revisions, or clarification before production begins.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect customer information, or circumstances outside of our control.
Product Appearance & Material Variations
Due to differences in materials, monitor displays, lighting, engraving surfaces, and the handmade production process, final products may vary slightly from digital mockups, photos, or previews.
Natural materials such as wood, slate, leather, and acrylic may contain unique markings, textures, grain patterns, or color variations that are inherent to the material.
Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Because our products are custom-made and personalized, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
If an item arrives with a verified production defect, engraving error caused by us, or poor print quality, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
If the issue is determined to be the result of an error on our end, TomBomb Studios may offer a replacement item at our discretion.
Limitation of Liability
TomBomb Studios shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from the use, misuse, inability to use, or delayed delivery of our products or services.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all customization details, uploaded files, dimensions, and spelling before submitting orders.
Pet & Product Safety Disclaimer
Some TomBomb Studios products may include small parts, decorative elements, or materials not intended for unsupervised use by pets or children.
Customers are responsible for supervising pets and children around all products and for determining whether a product is appropriate for their intended use.
TomBomb Studios is not responsible for misuse, damage, injury, or improper handling of products after delivery.
Right to Refuse Service
TomBomb Studios reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order or custom request at our discretion.
We may refuse projects that:
- violate intellectual property rights
- contain offensive or inappropriate content
- present safety concerns
- are technically unfeasible
- fall outside the scope of our services
